I don't want to play at there casino anymore after this experience & seeing all of there reviews. Once i have my winnings i will be closing my account. If i am to request this now, are they meant to pay out the winnings?
I am done with the verification process just sending my license and passport but its a 3rd day and withdrawal is under review idk what gonna happen if they reject my withdrawal would definitely let you guys know. My first withdrawal was rejected due to not being verified but let wait for this one.
I'm sorry to see you're struggling, but I would like to mention that I hope the casino will close the account as soon as possible without any further problems. In some cases, the money is paid with a certain delay, since the account closure due to gambling issues could be the first thing to address.
I'm definitely not trying to pardon all those delays players have been discussing. No way.
Hey, that's the slightly complicated thing. If you self-exclude due to gambling addiction, it may delay your payouts or cause further hassles, like informing that the casino cannot process the payouts, depending on how this specific casino handles such situations.
I'll be honest with you: Generally speaking, casinos know that players use self-exclusion to avoid KYC or to speed up the withdrawal requests; at the same time, casinos usually cannot close an account with an active balance, and when the player's health is at risk, the account closure should be the first thing to do. So, in practice, asking for self-exclusion due to gambling addiction while having a pending withdrawal may mean another delay. On the other hand, asking for regular account closure while having an active balance means that the account will eventually be closed (after a few retention attempts 🙂) once the money has been paid.
Does it make sense to you?
Hello, yes it does make sense. Thank you for your expertise. For now ill wait and see what comes of the pending withdrawal. & will lodge the complaint once i get to 14 days. Its going to be a long process to withdraw $26,000 at $900 each withdrawal request 😩
I got my first withdrawal successfully but money is yet to show up in my account idk why is that but i am still waiting for money to show up in my account
To be honest this is the 1st time I have applied for self exclusion with a balance. usually it's after a total beat down to zero balance. I will keep checking my emails and let you all know. Good luck everyone.
I hope the money shows up in your account. My second withdrawal request was cancelled again 😩 another technical difficulty apparently. The greater your VIP level the more you can withdraw the website says. But im only the basic VIP level 1 which has only been applied for my deposits. The website says every $8 = 1WP point. I asked my VIP manager who said no only by your deposits. Nothing is legit and seems to be against licensing practices all around. I truley hope we all can get some of our funds. If not i hope there closed down permanently
Second withdrawal request was cancelled. So i have requested again but only $900 this time. I did try thr tactic if wagering mire to increase my VIP status to have higher withdrawal limits, but apparently its only determined off your deposits ( Website says otherwise) how about you? Still waiting for verification documents? Remeber when it gets to 14 days lodge your formal complaint with Casino Guru
i got an email from payments team, saying that the payment was processed. The withdrawal request said success then the funds automatically deposited back into my account. so it looks like re-deposited but i didnt. That was the 3rd attempt and 3rd issue.
