Maybe if you just opened your mind and admitted that your opinion is just an opinion, it would feel easier.
The AML policy is standard. The way casinos apply it holds importance, though.
One way or another, your comparison to being "stopped on your way out of a regular casino and someone forced you to stay because you hadn't gambled away the money you brought with you," is quite misguided in my eyes.
Is there anything else that makes you feel like a casino is a scam? For us, it's when the casino does not pay out rightfully won winnings, for example.
