We need help to get this operator and their brands off the face of the earth.

Verifications and withdrawals take an unreasonable amount of time.

Something related to the topic is that I have over 20,000 euros in the account on Evobet.com and I have never been more convinced that they will be lost. These are full-blooded criminals and I don't understand how they are allowed to operate in a gaming market.

Then you've probably seen all the reviews your users gave this operator before and the rating the casino got (too bad I didn't read it before opening the account) This should not be a surprise to you..

Is this your first withdrawal? If so, when did you submit it? Have you fully passed the KYC? If not, what is the current state, please?

I agree with what you mean. I'm just so frustrated that shameless actors like this are allowed to operate in a gaming market in 2023.

There is another background; I played at Betyuggi before the summer. They dubiously dribbled with me, then had the account verified, but then they held my withdrawal for 13 days. I lost patience, canceled the withdrawal, and gambled away the 1k euro withdrawal as well as the 3.5k euro I had in the account.

Noticed at a later stage that it was the same actor as Evobet. Is so disappointed in myself for not paying more attention. I should have been when I played for 17 years.

I am in a verification loop and have submitted additional documentation. Seven days have passed so I have to wait a little longer.

I agree, their entire casino network, be it a curacao licensed casino or an MGA one, is a scam. I don't understand why MGA is still not taking any action, apparently money is more important for MGA than reputation.

This can be seen from the complaints about their casinos. Each withdrawal of funds is accompanied by a delay in verification and payment, too.

The way I see it, the regulator, or in the case of MGA the license provider, can revoke the license if the casino breaches the requirements or act against the ordinance.

From my point of view, it changes nothing. Have you ever heard MGA or any other regulator got directly involved in the process necessary for getting the legal winnings to scammed players?

I'm quite convinced this is not a standard approach. This leaves the importance of a license quite interesting in my books. 🙁

Would also be good to mention that - as far as I can tell, players tend to share negatives more often. Thus browsing the complaint section should provide extended ground. You may find resolved complaints concerning delayed payment, yet those players were paid in the end because if they were not, the complaint would not be closed as resolved.

Have a withdrawal of 1000 euros which has been pending since 48 hours ago. Will be a big headache soon when they either cancel or ask for more verification. I have verified my whole life for them so far so I don't know what they will come up with now..
