Hi. If you’ve clearly explained several times that you want to self-exclude, I think it’s understandable for the casino to ask you once why you want to do so. But if you’ve already explained your decision and continue to insist on self-exclusion, they shouldn’t keep trying to persuade you to stay or simply ignore your request.

I don’t think repeatedly questioning a player who has clearly decided to self-exclude is particularly reasonable or user-friendly. Asking for clarification once is one thing, but continuously delaying the process despite a clear request is another.

So in this situation, I’d recommend submitting a complaint with us so our team can take a closer look at how the casino handled your request.

I’m leaving the link here for you.👈

I have sent a complaint and attached some emails, those emails i have sent i have gotten similar ones like 10 times. Keep in mind in every email i have explained i have a gambling addiction and want my account permanently closed. 3 weeks i have been emailing them. And apparently only my personal vip manager is allowed to block my account. No one else. He is impossible to get a hold of. I dont know what to do now. Please help

Yes, I understood that from your previous reply. We’ll do our best to help with the situation.

I hope everything turns out well, although I don’t want to promise anything in advance, especially considering the casino’s current Safety Index.
