Good day i created complaint on your website against conquestador casino however while i was creating it i selected delayed payment option which was probably fault now when i look back at it because its more about them not allowing me to withdraw my money than just delayed payment.


But from the look of it on your website it looks like you are not going to answer me for 9more days because i selected delayed payment options which was fault in this case.

And i would like to kindly ask you if you can fix it so i can get response from you faster because i would like to hear your advice about something they are asking from me which is very specific and extremely rare.

I have never heard about sportsbooks asking for this type of documents and i used a lot of them in the past years.

I want to add that my account on the conquestador casino is fully verified.


I also saw in one of your tips while creating complaint that time is important factor and i should send requested documents as quickly as possible which is the reason why i dont want to wait 9+ more days for your response and i also dont want to create another complaint on your website only because during the first time i selected wrong option, once again i am very sorry for it.


But as i said, currently they are asking for something that has absolutely nothing in common with identification and i am a little bit worried about the stuff they asked for recently because to me it looks like they have no rights to ask for something like this and i dont see how it can help them to proceess my withdraw.

I also realised that i wasnt able to see your forum without using a VPN so maybe this is also something you might want to take a look at, hopefully thats not the problem.

okay for real this is a bad dream, when i was creating compaint i literary saw that my message needs to be verified by admin team to be sure that i didnt post any sensitive comment and now there is some dumbfuck who can post random links on your forum are you for real??


And i was stupid enough for clicking on it because i rly didnt expect something like this on the website that is trying to help people, i just hope that all it was just naked girls and as long as i quit the website instatly after opening it and not downloading anything from it i will be safe and they are not going to steal something from my computer, currently running full scans with multiple antivirus softwares if you have good recommendation i will be happy if you post it
