This casino is just bunch of scammers. I have loose thousands of USD with them in past one years. Recently I win just 200 USD and trying to withdraw it. I used crypto as my transactions with them. Until now when I am loosing there was not a single problem everything is working smoothly. They starting rejecting my withdrawal request via crypto saying we need to verify crypto wallet. So I provide them mails which clearly confirms transaction is from me. But they still rejected my withdrawal and giving a wallet address which belongs to them saying verify this. How I provide verification for wallet which belongs to them. So I have to activate my Much better wallet where I have to go with a lengthy verification process but successfully done. I've tried a lot of casinos but Conquistador is the worst. They'll let you withdraw small amounts but when the amount goes up by a single digit they make you prepare this and that and then they drag you through the same thing three times and even after a month I still can't withdraw any money. I really liked this site until I had some problems. The tournaments were very interesting and included a lot of my favorite machines. I also like the free spins that you get when you make a deposit.

However, now I am questioning the way the screening department of this site handles things. The other day, I made a rare big win (16,000 JPY → 200,000 JPY) and applied for a withdrawal. Then, a message appeared on the withdrawal screen saying that I needed to submit "required documents", so I followed the instructions without applying. At that time, I attached a screenshot of Vegawallet (because the deposit method was Vegawallet) and waited for a response from support.

That evening, support contacted me and asked me to submit documents for Ecopayz (now Payz). I had an Ecopayz account before and had made deposits and withdrawals, but last year I had it closed because I no longer used it. At this point, I simply replied, "I don't have an Ecopayz account." I added, "How can I submit documents if I have closed my account and don't have one? This time I'm depositing money through Vegawallet, so Ecopayz is not relevant, right?" At this point, support said, "I'll check with the screening department," and the email ended.

A few hours later, support said, "We don't need any Ecopayz documents, but please submit documents that can verify the source of funds." I am self-employed, so I don't have a pay slip. Instead, I attached and submitted PDF documents from my bank (my most recent deposit and withdrawal details and transaction details for the past three months).

The next morning, I woke up and at 1am, support told me to submit other documents that could verify the source of funds deposited in our casino. They also said, "The documents you provided do not verify your balance or name." I couldn't understand this at all because my name and balance were clearly displayed on the transaction statement. Furthermore, I did not deposit funds into this casino from a bank, but from Vegawallet. I had deposited funds into the casino a long time ago by bank transfer, but the data was too old to remain. I didn't feel like asking questions because I didn't know if this data was necessary or not, and I didn't think they would understand my language.

After that, I attached all of my Vegawallet deposit and withdrawal history in PDF format and submitted it, and 20 hours later I received a response saying, "Please provide documents that can verify the source of funds." At this point, I no longer understood the meaning of "source of funds." What on earth does this casino want to know about me?

The same email said, "It's okay to submit images of tax returns or invoices/receipts," so I took pictures of the two types of receipts and the notification with my camera, attached them, and submitted them. Why do I have to expose so much personal information?

15 hours later, after what must have been countless exchanges, I finally got a reply: "I'm sorry to trouble you, but could you please explain your source of funds in more detail? For example, is there anything else besides your salary?" I tried to suppress my anger and remain calm.

And then I sent the following:

It's now been six hours and still no response.
