At this time, it's not a good idea to register and deposit at this casino. I'm warning you. There are many complaints, not posted here in this forum but elsewhere, about how lately, people who register are blocked immediately after making their deposit and left without any chance of a refund. Worse still, they don't give you any proof that you're supposedly committing fraud. I read this on several other internet forums that were talking about these fraudulent casinos.

Hi, that’s definitely not a good sign for a new casino. Has something similar happened to you, or are you just speaking from what you’ve read? 

Of course it happened to me, and I was baffled because I've been playing casinos for years and I know the terms and conditions of each one. I can tell you with complete confidence that I didn't violate any rules, I didn't play with bonuses, my deposit was from my personal bank, and my IP address wasn't shared at all, nor was my device. What's worse is that they didn't tell me why and they refuse to show any evidence. It's all very confusing and also very risky.

Then it’s definitely a good move that you opened a complaint. Our team will look into it, and since the casino is new, it’s best if we can get some information about it. The more, the better, especially from multiple players, so we can at least get a sense of how the casino treats its players. 

So we’ll see if they respond when contacted and how this all turns out. 

Therefore, if you’re sure you haven’t done anything wrong, then you’ve done the right thing. 

Here’s another thought, sometimes it’s not a good idea to try new casinos until you see that other players have had positive experiences with them. If you see that the reviews are mostly bad, I definitely wouldn’t deposit there. If you don’t look for information beforehand, definitely do that as often as possible. You never know how a newer casino will behave. 

I'm 100% sure I haven't done anything wrong, quite the opposite, I complied with all their terms and conditions and yet they refused to give me an answer as to where I went wrong, they just stole my money and that's it
