Cloudbet scammers: robbed me 4500usdt

I was using normally the account, and suddenly the blocked my account asking for verification (which is normal), i have sent everything they asked.

In the first place they asked proof of residence and I thought they ask the same as showed in the ID Card, os I sent it.

They told me players from my country (Spain) can't play and allowed me to withdraw only the deposits (robbing me more than 4000 usdt in benefits). I told them im not living in Spain, but they forbid to play FROM SPAIN, but not forbid spanish players who live in allowed countries, which is my case, and right away I sent them the proof of residence in Andorra, which is my current place.

They told me that eventhough they allowed me to send new documentation to prove it (which I did), as far as the first one was not OK (due to a missunderstanding), they are going to take all my 4500usdt amount in benefits

They dont answer more emails to me

Run away from this website as far as they are a total thiefs and scammers. Be so careful

Hi there!

I can't imagine how you must feel right now. I was about to suggest to you submitting another complaint, but now I think it would be best to mention that if the issue became bound to sports betting, the case may be rejected.

Feel free to try it out; I just don't want to see you disappointed.

I'd say casinos should approach excluded countries quite carefully. One thing is what has been stated in the rules; the next thing is the difference between, e.g., citizenship, country of birth, residency, and so on.

Perhaps you can find the specific part of the terms and post them here, along with your addresses and national details. I'd say it might provide some clues.

Is any of that worth a try, in your opinion?

i also played casino

and in the rules it says PLAYING FROM, not BEING FROM

They actually allowed me to send more documentation to proof my residence in Andorra, which I did right away in terms of minutes.

They just dont want to pay me, thats it!!!!! SCAMMERS AND THIEFS

Then you can file a complaint if you also played in the casino.

I also looked at the countries and it says you can't request a withdrawal if you are located in a given country, but I didn't see yours there.

However, I also see that you have sent them some documents again so be sure to let me know what happens with them and whether their casino approves or not.

If not, then as I mentioned, feel free to lodge a complaint and our team will try to help you.

Fingers crossed. 🤞

I fear this is something we can't press forward here on the forum, and you made a good choice by submitting the complaint. At this moment, it's crucial to help Nick understand the issue concretely. Please respond to his inquiry. I'd also like to point out that we are here to support you, so save the passion for later use. 😉

When you wrote "and in the rules it says PLAYING FROM, not BEING FROM" it was specifically my point.

I'd say we just need to understand how the casino management recognizes their own terms and what is actually wrong from their perspective. After this has been cleared, we can move forward.

Inform Nick, please 👈

We will be here with you; share whatever happens next, of course. I'm really interested to see the casino's opinion on the issue.

Please watch your language. We surely wouldn't like your account to be banned.

If you have anything we could help you with, come back, please.

Ok fair. But seems to be the only language that all these parisites desereve.

We the consumer should stop accepting the services provided by these so called "Casinos."

I can unequivecly say that the 30+ well rated online Casinos i have played at are completely rigged.

All your wins are tied to your XP. Your only hope is to hit it big and then quit your account.

I once won $30K at Amunra at a low XP level, couldnt beleive it. However i did after seeing i was limited to withdrawing $1000 a day capped at $15K a month! I think you can guess what happened. Of course i lost most of it. My fault i'm not dilusional.

But after this win and like any big win at these so called Casinos, it was like a switch was flicked and everything was set to lose. After losing $90k+ for months and some inappropriate language to their disgracful support team i was banned.

Next time a Casino ask's for your licence, bank statement and utility bill etc... Ask yourself who has asked me for this in my life? My guess would be only a government department?

Ask the Casino's support staff where they are located? They will refuse.

Ask them to delete your account. You'll be offered a bonus or an email address.

Terms like "random number generators" and the best "provably fair". Abricadabra! Do you feel more confident to give us money to wager now?

All these are the fundamentals and we accept it. These "organisations" at best can only learn by having no customers.

So tell them to stick it!

May I ask what you mean by saying they are rigged, though?🤔

I'm sorry, but from what you wrote here, I could only understand that you lost the money won because of the maximum withdrawal limits at the casino. Am I wrong here?🤷‍♀️

It is very important to read the terms every time before even depositing at an online casino. You will find all the relevant information there, and you should avoid any future issues like this.

Also, it is very important to see online gambling just as a hobby and nothing more, not rely on the money from winnings at the casino, and only play and deposit what you can afford.

The online casinos can't see their customers face-to-face, as we say, and that is why they need to verify them. This is where it comes to the standard KYC and they need to check all the relevant documents. That is the reason they need to see the players license, for example.

In case you'd like to close an account at any online casino, it is very important to state the reason. Whenever the reason is related to gambling issues, the player needs to write it clearly to the support, and they have to close the account immediately.

Is there any issue you experience with this particular casino you write here? Something we could help you with?

If there is some kind of gambling problem you go through, please know that, as part of our Global Self-Exclusion Initiative, we've partnered with BetBlocker, a UK-registered charity providing a free service to support people worldwide. You can find more information about our initiative here (https://casino.guru/global-self-exclusion-initiative) and about BetBlocker here (https://betblocker.org/).

BetBlocker, which supports seven languages, is quick and easy to install on multiple devices, taking just 2 minutes. Once installed, it blocks access to over 84,230 gambling websites and runs quietly in the background. The service can be used anonymously and helps individuals manage their access to gambling safely and appropriately, whether that means complete restriction or limiting access during vulnerable periods.

Additionally, BetBlocker includes a list of 824 gambling information sites. These sites primarily inform users about and advertise gambling services. You can choose to include these sites in your restriction by ticking a box. However, if you have an ongoing complaint against a gambling operator, do not check this box, as it will prevent you from accessing the Casino.Guru website as well.

Wow you obviously dont gamble and just support the casinos. Bad luck is very possible. Losing everytime you have a win and not winning until you wager at least 2x what you won is what i call rigged. I would also call this site tainted and supports the duisgusting animals behind these sites. They certainly should not be called gambing or casinos. There is no luck or chance involved with these creeps.

I'm glad i can afford to lose the money i have lost. I dont think the other countless victims everyday of every single well rated criminal so called casino you support here can say the same. This site and the companies (Mafia's at best) you support should lined up and shot.

What cant you understand about this? You dance around the same evidence of these places being rigged!

Maybe you need a dictionary, an easy eye for bad spelling or to just admit that you are too just part of this scam!

First of all, please watch your language. If you continue in this vibe, your account could easily get banned, and we wouldn't like to see that. Take this as a first warning.

We surely do not support casinos; we support fair play. From all the online casinos side, as well as from the players side, the same.

If we see that a casino is practicing some unfair behavior, inform everyone about it and give black points to this casino.

On the other side, if we see a player being unfair, we take the casino side, of course.
