Hello Radka, I would be happy to explain to you what happened, even if I have little hope that the methods of "Chipstars" will change. I've been playing online for twenty years but nothing like this has ever happened to me!! I made a refund request and received a message via WhatsApp instead of a response from support. The gentleman was very unfriendly, angry and threatening... I can send pictures if you give me the email address. Thanks

Nevertheless, I don't think that this is the kind of behaviour a casino should have and it is too much for me to be threatened. On the other hand, I'm glad you brought it to the forum, where other players will have a chance to see your case. 

But let's stay in the thread I mentioned before.
