I have withdrawn from this site before. However this time I've had email saying withdrawal failed with no explanation. I cant get a response via live chat or via email. I dont know where to go from here?

Yeah I guessed that they might have closed about 1 mth ago but I got lucky and they paid me. They said that live chat wasn’t available anymore and like I said they haven’t answered any of my emails either. What happens when you press submit after putting your details in?file

The other thing is you are only able to withdraw 10x your deposit so if you deposited £50 you can only withdraw £500 a bit stingy but it’s in their terms and conditions

Was they responding to you in the 5 days or was there no contact then? But naughty to be accepting deposits if closed but suppose that's what you get with unregulated casinos.

EI got an email to confirm the transaction nothing after that. I was a bit wary of them as I was sure they had gone offline for a month so I emailed them 3 days running to make sure it was alright to deposit got no reply so didn’t deposit again. It’s a shame they had treated me well for the time I was with them. I hope I’m wrong for your sake and that you get your cash soon
