If you want to discuss anything related to Casinozer, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
This casino is a fake.. the winnings are limited.. no matter what bet and how long you play, I always only get 100 to 140 euros as a profit... endless dead spins... the algorithm in the slots is very, very strange ..I definitely do not recommend this casino.
Hello,
I would personally not dare to say that casino is fake immediately after losing there, especially on slots.
Any chance of finding the current RTP for each slot, maybe? What seems to be strange about the algorithm you mentioned, please?
Did you notice anything else? It's quite a new casino, so I'm interested.
The algorithm is predictable. I'm not talking nonsense here.
After a certain time, formations are repeated, for example in Temple Tumble..the formations are repeated so often that one can already say this in advance. There is a time when you get very close to a free spin and you don't get it, then the deadspins pile up to almost always 30 spins and then it starts all over again. I want to emphasize that I'm not frustrated. I can't recommend this casino any further.
Also, there are no options to set limits..you can't even suspend your account without writing an email..customer support can't do anything about limits..Verification is a disaster..in today's digital world this is the only casino i know that doesn't allow screenshots
Thank you for your overall experience.
However, I'd say that for the verification process it is quite usual that no print screens are allowed. Simply because these can be altered, especially those print screens where you pick up just a smaller part only. It's obviously for security reasons. Frankly, I know how painful the verification may become when you must upload several things again due to new requirements.
This must be pure nonsense. RTP over 100% would mean that casinos pays the players for playing the game and actually donate them money through the slot. I've never seen anything like that before.
How did you find the information about RTP? I don't see it on their page.
EDIT: My colleague had a good point - isn't it your personal RTP for certain period of time?
I can only agree with Dizzaya's experience. Used the high roller bonus. You get the feeling that it's not luck, it's programmed. In the beginning almost nothing gained just before the balance was gone some huge hits. Was briefly at €13,000 (had to wager over €100,000). After that, almost no bonus went in and noticeably a lot of high deadspins.
The greatest impertinence was that the display for implementation had not been updated. Support said I hadn't implemented enough and eventually said that slots would only contribute 5%. At the end it said it was forwarded. 2 days later still nothing updated. There's a feeling that no one bothers because it's "faked".
Meanwhile they keep posting under even games with an RTP of 120 percent🤣🤣🤣
It can't be my personal RTP as I wasn't logged in when I took the picture.

Mittlerweile Posten sie weiter unter sogar Spiele mit einer RTP von 120 Prozent🤣🤣🤣
Mein persönlicher RTP kann es nicht sein da ich nicht eingeloggt bin während ich das Bild gemacht habe.

Hello,
the best way is to ask them I'd say. So I did:
"Hello, may I know how do you calculate RTP for slots you offer, please? It's hard to believe that so many of those have RTP over 100%, so I just want to know what this RTP stands for. Thank you in advance"
Looking forward to their replay 🙂
