Hello, everyone,
has anyone had any experience at this casino for verification/payout purposes? My documents were checked after 2 days today and I then had to submit 2 more documents. I still have some money in the game account and requested a payout. Can anyone tell me how things went for them personally? Only saw one resolved complaint where a player appears to have received their €3,000. 🙂

hat jemand schon Erfahrungen in diesem Casino gesammelt zwecks Verifizierung/Auszahlung? Meine Dokumente wurden nach 2 Tagen heute überprüft und ich musste dann noch 2 Dokumente nachreichen. Habe dort noch etwas Geld auf dem Spielkonto und eine Auszahlung beantragt. Kann mir jemand hier berichten, wie es bei ihm persönlich verlaufen ist. Habe nur eine gelöste Beschwerde gesehen, wo ein Spieler wohl seine 3.000€ bekommen hat. 🙂

I'd say that you should focus on passing the KYC, it's the key to being able to withdraw successfully. Just cooperate and you should be fine.

UPDATE: The first withdrawal has reportedly been processed. Now I'm waiting for the money to arrive in my bank account. Due to the limit, it will take until mid-September for all payouts to be processed.
UPDATE: Die erste Auszahlung wurde angeblich bearbeitet. Nun warte ich darauf, dass das Geld auf meinem Bankkonto eintrifft. Bis alle Auszahlungen bearbeitet werden, dauert es aufgrund des Limits bis Mitte September..
