I'm sorry to say that, but this is actually not a complaint request. In my view, you have already submitted the same problem. Do you remember, perhaps?
"The player from Hungary reported being defrauded by the casino and claimed to have evidence, including a video and a screenshot, regarding a loss of 40,000 euros. The Complaints Team reached out for additional information and extended the response time by 7 days. However, as the player did not respond to the inquiries, the complaint was rejected due to a lack of information for further investigation."
It was back in January 2025
As explained, we can't help you anymore. We can only address situations less than 6 months old. I'm sorry.

Hi, do you know what’s preventing you from completing verification? Could you share a few more details? Have any documents been rejected or approved, or is there a specific step where the process gets stuck? It would also help to know how long this has been going on.
I saw that you’ve already submitted a complaint or are in the process of doing so. Once it’s submitted, our team will look into the situation.
In the meantime, please answer these questions here on the forum. Although I won’t be handling the complaint myself, your answers will give us a clearer picture of what’s happening and may help us pinpoint the problem.
So, I won on Monday morning and the first 500 were paid out directly. The first 500 arrived this morning, and then the cinema wanted a 3-step verification process.

I've entered everything, but only the part about my driver's license/ID was saved. The rest wasn't rejected or anything. After reloading the page, it just looks like it did at the beginning. I've tried everything: PDFs, photos, etc. It briefly says "Processing," then I reload the page, and it all starts again.
Opening a complaint, as you’ve already done, seems like the most sensible step in this situation. Since the casino isn’t responding, I assume you don’t know why your account is restricted, so our team will need to look into that.
I hope the casino gets back to you and provides some answers. Restricting your account without explaining what happened isn’t good customer service.
It’s possible that the restriction is temporary because the casino has flagged something for review. However, that’s only speculation on my part, so we’ll need to wait for them to explain what’s actually happening.
