The deposit is not lost, it is in their casino wallet. They are refusing to credit it. BNB was the crypto used. Using the term ''lost'' implies an innocent mistake has taken place which is untrue given the evidence.

Ok, still, the result for you is the same, I'd say. I guess you tracked down the transaction and the recipient is visible the amount credited, right? I'd show that to the casino.
If the 3rd party company handles all transactions, the casino has to wait for its payment provider to solve it. I know you probably see that as a dumb excuse, but most casinos work like that.
Hopefully, the matter will get resolved soon.
