Casino Universe is probably the first scam casino from the N1 group with zero communication.

deposit bonus should be wagered with 100% bonus 90*.

I think that's not only cheeky but also fraudulent.

I wagered €70 in my Falcon and took the August 100% bonus.

believe it or not 6300 € should be used.

I played different games, including games that were forbidden.

e.g. B. Book of Fallen.

now it is unfortunately the case that I could not read anywhere before (bonus conditions) that if these forbidden games are used, then the bonus and the winnings from it will be deleted????

With my Dalle, these winnings and the bonus from them were simply canceled without comment.

Nothing comes to my email about what's going on and why my winnings were simply withheld

I played the money and wrote another email asking for the immediate deletion of the player account.

Sadly, you should keep that in mind while playing, but you should also have the chance to check the terms and conditions at any time and find the list there.

Regarding Bonus Restricted Games:

It is the case with every N1 Casino that if you play with a bonus, these games are normally blocked.

at Universe Casino this is not the case.

auvh specifically does NOT state in the bonus terms that if these games are played, the bonus and any winnings will be confiscated.

maybe This should really be revised.

on the topic of deposit with me:

I paid €70 and got €70 more and was then supposed to wager a total of €6300.

this is a 90x wager on the total amount or 45x wager on each individual amount if I can do the math😉

but no matter: Universe Casino hasn't written a statement to my email to date... let alone that the account with them will be deleted.

I think it's highly dishonest and unfortunately it's dragging down the overall good reputation of the N1 Casino Group.
