I recommend never put anything on this site I've spent a good amount of money with them and they refuse to pay out my 600 dollar withdrawal request they are scammers and liars I have screenshots of previous conversations with agents saying that I would be paid and still haven't till this day

Why do they refuse to pay the winnings? Have you breached and terms and conditions according to the casino?

so, after making a successful deposit, I ended up cashing out $635. Initially, it was two withdrawals for just about $1200 but, I didn’t want to wait for the second one. That was on June 6. it’s now july 16. Do the math. It’s only supposed to be a 7 to 10 day wait after you make the withdrawal request and it’s been 1 month and 10 days now and all I can get is a runaround saying we have forwarded your request to our finance department as priority….. can’t be THAT important apparently 😕

Here we go again

I've tried for like the last 3 weeks to get a payment from these guys and clearly I'm having the same issue as everybody else and this is Not going to happen. is there anybody that I can contact to kind of force their hand on this? Or am I just pretty much screwed and not gonna receive anything? Am i just better off Taking the loss as opposed to stressing out wasting time and not getting it anyways

Since you picked up an unlicensed casino - I'd say you're pretty much screwed... Unless they somehow decide to respond to the complaint...

Lawyers are costly, and suing such a casino sounds like a challenge to me 🙁.

Yeah I kind of figured that. Tried again yesterday. Same exact excuse word for word. And then have the nerve to ask me if I was interested in a special bonus and if I wanted to make a deposit. Unreal

Royal got me stay away everyone one of the worst out there flush your money down your toilet before you play with them don’t let there ridiculous 700% match promos because you’ll never finish and always check your requirements every now and then on your information page because I’ve seen many places freeze them so you can play 10k of slots and it will only go down 5k and some casinos don’t always give you dollar for dollar match on your requirements but this place shouldn’t be around they steal everyone’s money most of these places are just two people I just had lucky legends return my email from Feb 3rd and they think that’s ok 🤣🤣🤣🤣

It’s impossible that’s why they cheat and we shouldn’t be playing the only thing that works is you have to find them or an address physically and believe it or not it’s quite simple and then they change there tune I know a lot of attorneys as well but they handled my large ones for a dinner lol one casino is getting served papers next week physically and at that point they have to pay up or shut down and it doesn’t matter that they just change the casino name or where the servers are and if any online casino is clean then you think they would start calling out the bad ones like guru because they all have mostly the same games from the same software provider and what stops anyone from playing any online casino whether they have one themselves or 10 or 20 and eventually there will be thousands or ten of thousands because it’s cheap and easy and many people are learning every day how to start up and then it will eventually ruin the entire industry and it’s happening right now I mean the game makers / software providers are getting ripped off as well plus they look bad when there software gets manipulated changed pirated bootlegged so expect some big changes

The whole thing has gotten me upset and left a sour taste in my mouth. To the point I don't even want to mess with online casinos any more. They always get what's theirs right away but not a penny in return. Really hope karma catches up with these fraudsters... in a dark alley.... alone 😔

Honestly, I agree proving something like manipulated games is almost impossible. On the other hand, the casinos usually claim they possess no way of altering the games that are streamed from the game provider's servers. We have found many casinos providing games, from let's say fake servers, but I believe this isn't the concern you have in mind.

So, sticking with the idea of games being stored correctly on the proper provider server, do you have any hint, on how would they do it in real-time, while thousands of players are playing thousands of games? I have no explanation myself.

I was told there is no proven way to control officially provided games hosted by the original provider's servers. 🙁

Screenshots and having someone video your play will do it but then why play if it’s that corrupt or unfair ! When you show any software provider screenshots or video they will be able to tell you that there games shouldn’t or would never play that way ! Do you think a software / game maker would make a program that jerks stops changes speeds logs you out doesn’t give credit towards x play from time to time or spinning from 3 seconds one spin to 10 seconds etc ? No they won’t and they don’t so when you see screen jumping or speed changing and where a slot will hit the breaks and your slot / stop button is being overridden that when you hit stop nothing happens? That’s because it’s been overridden!! The software provider isn’t going to create crap like that so they can be sued by everyone and I’m shocked that they don’t have someone checking on the the software they sell to these casino’s because in a month or so everybody will be using manipulated pirated copies and in the last year it went up 1000 percent! By the way where are all these jackpot winners that’s posted on every slot you play ? Why don’t they post who won and not bogus fake names ? Why don’t they start proving to us that they aren’t cheating instead of us having to prove it ? Who is the customer here ? Without our $$$ they don’t exist and I want proof as to who’s Winning these jackpots because I’ve never won one and spent over 200k the end is near and there’s another big reason why the end is near as well and that will be announced very soon 👍✌️👍🤷🏼‍♂️

I must admit I have never actually heard about game providers checking on the casinos. I think it's covered in terms of services instead. On the other hand, some providers offer a "customized RTP" to casinos, meaning the customer-casino chooses from options like 94%, 95% or 96%. What is the point? I guess we know...
