This casino is rubbish. On several occasions, they've deducted money from my account for no reason. I sent screenshots of my betting history, but they simply replied that "everything was fine" without even checking any of the images.

The most serious issue is that I repeatedly requested the closure of my account due to gambling addiction problems, and they never applied effective self-exclusion or responsible gambling measures.

Terrible service, zero transparency, and absolutely no commitment to user protection. A terrible experience.

As for closing your account due to a gambling addiction, that's a pretty serious matter if the casino is ignoring it.

I would file a complaint with us if you're having this kind of problem.
