I hope you can help me here. I don't like arguing with the casino empire anymore!
Either I don't get an answer or it means it's been forwarded and I haven't heard anything for a long time!
I've been trying to live chat with support@casinoempire.com since May 10, 2022
to solve my problem, have written more than 50 emails 80% is not answered 4 × answer was written and confirmed that I am right. But money will not be refunded. I tried to reach you by phone at contact number +35722 23 23 65, but the phone number is wrong! It says no connection!
1. PROBLEM : IT WAS ABOUT THE 350EUR AMOUNT CHARGED FROM MAY 10TH THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME UP TO DATE. ALTHOUGH YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT IT HAS BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED. AND THEY WILL REFUND ME BUT IT'S STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT!!!
(I had to send proof 10 times)
It's still not in my account.
2nd issue
1 day later I had my account blocked immediately after the topic of too much debited 350eur because I am addicted to gambling.
They blocked my account at empire casino immediately which i think is nice too.
I wrote support@casinoempire.com casino that they want a list of all transactions because of the double debited 350eur, but casino empire activated my account again without my permission. They blocked me just 3 or 4 days before because of my gambling addiction. After that I gambled all my money around 3000eur.
I politely wrote support@casinoempire.com that they should refund or transfer the money to me. I was informed that gambling addicted customers are strictly forbidden to reactivate their account, especially without my permission. Although I don't want to reactivate my account.
They shouldn't have reactivated my account because I'm addicted to gambling. You knew why.
Again, I would like help from you.
Casino really robbed me on purpose.

mein Problem zu lösen, habe sicher über 50 Emails geschrieben 80% wird nicht beantwortet 4 × wurde Antwort geschrieben und bestätigt dass ich recht habe. Aber Geld wird nicht zurück erstattet. Ich gabe versucht telefonisch unter Kontakt Nr. +35722 23 23 65. Zu erreichen aber die Telefonnummer stimmt nicht! Keine Verbindung heisst es!

2.Problem
Ich habe 1 Tag später nach dem Thema zuviel abgebuchte 350eur mein konto sofort sperren lassen da ich spielsüchtig bin.
Sie haben mein konto bei empire Casino sofort gesperrt was ich auch schön finde.
Ich habe support@casinoempire.com casino geschrieben das eine liste mit dem ganze transactionen wegen dem doppelt abgebuchte 350eur haben wil, aber casino empire hat von alleine mein konto wieder aktiviert ohne mein Erlaubnis. Sie haben ja kurz 3 oder 4 tage zuvor gesperrt wegen mein Spielsucht. Nachdem habe ich meine ganze Geld verspielt ca 3000eur.
Ich habe support@casinoempire.com höflich geschrieben sie sollen mir das Geld wieder zurück erstatten bzw Überwiesen. Habe mich informiert sei rein verboten spielsüchtigen Kunden konto erneut aktivieren vor allem ohne mein Erlaubnis. Obwohl ich nicht mein konto erneut aktivieren möchte.
Sie hätten mein konto nicht wieder aktivieren sollten, weil ich spielsüchtig bin. Sie haben denn Grund gewußt.
Auch hier möchte ich Hilfe von Ihnen.
Casino hat mich wirklich absichtlich beraubt.
