Hello, I passed verification 3 WEEKS AGO.

My withdrawal (2634 TRX) has been in processing for 3 WEEKS!!!

I write to their support service almost every day, they answer me that everything is fine, the withdrawal is being processed.

I think it's abnormal that the withdrawal takes THREE WEEKS to process!!!

And all these 3 weeks they tell me that they will pay the money soon...

It is quite a long time indeed, so you have done right to submit your complaint.
