I've been a member of Cafe casino. Lv for several years now and have made $1000s upon $1000 in deposits to their casino over time. I've been enrolled in their crypto exclusive bonus program since it launched and no all of a sudden after making several eligible deposits I've been informed, that I am no longer eligible for their promotion program, even though they have taken away my ability to make deposits with a credit or debit card. Nor did they give me any explanation why I'm suddenly ineligible. As a very loyal customer I feel wronged and do not want anyone else to be fooled like I was.

You know, these kinds of programs are meant to keep players who are not so lucky—or who are a little hesitant to deposit—engaged with the casino, so the house doesn't lose customers.

Is it somehow possible that you are no longer in this position?

It's just my idea based on how bonus logic works in general, the standard reasons are:

•  As a reward for making a casino account

•  As a reward for making a deposit

•  As a reward for being an active player

•  As an incentive to start playing again after a period of inactivity

In any case, in my experience, if a casino decides they no longer want a player, they do not bother to explain why. This means that even though it was not a clear violation of the terms and conditions, you may have done enough to raise suspicions.

This site is a nasty practice business. I deposited without bonus. I deposited 2.5k, lost all. Deposited 1.8k, got back to 2.5k, still 1.8k loss.

I started withdrawal (even I am making loss)

They have disabled my account and said an investigation. It's been 3 days, I read online, they hold balance some players for 6 months.

The problem with this Casino is they disable my account for an investigation that even they do not know the timeline. It also mean they can hold your money until whenever they want. They keep saying it's the procedure, term and service, BS.

Well then, I understand there is an investigation going on. If it takes a couple of days I would still give the casino time, but if more days go by and you don't hear anything, then get in touch and we'll certainly try to help.

I am writing this to warn other players.

On 04-09-2025, I requested a withdrawal of $2,500 from Cafe Casino (Ref: nukronpq9). After submitting all verification documents, including my Government ID, the casino refused to release my funds.

They later claimed I violated their Terms of Service without providing any clear or verifiable evidence. I categorically deny any wrongdoing. I played fairly, followed all rules, and simply requested my rightful winnings.

I believe this is an unfair practice and possibly fraudulent. I am now demanding the immediate release of my $2,500. If this is not resolved, I will escalate to regulatory bodies, consumer protection agencies, and legal channels.

It must be really frustrating, especially if they haven't provided any reasonable explanation to you.

Unfortunately, we don't have good relations with this casino when it comes to complaints, as they refuse to communicate with us.

Even though the situation is like that, though, I would suggest you file a complaint anyway, because it can negatively affect their safety index, and hopefully then everyone will be alert.
