I loved playing here, the issue is lately they do not honor their free spin incentives. They tell you to wait a couple of days for them to load. Then when you come back later they said sorry it's been too long. Be careful when making a deposit to receive free spins. They have a lot of glitches when in comes to their incentives and the customer service is no help to get it resolved. They will also leave you on hold for long periods of time and then if you don't reply within a minute or two they will disconnect. If you can play and withdrawal without dealing with a human you should be fine.

Update 7/7/24: I don't know why Casino Guru gives this casino such a low score. I have never had one instance where I didn't get paid within an hour or so. They rate some of these RTG holes as great, yet they are just money vacuums. Play Case Casino, Bovada and Ignition. Sometimes Slots.lv isn't bad.

This site is bad. I’ll say again. The game providers are the worst and the format and quality of the site is even sorrier. Some games you can’t get out of without using the back button on your search bar. You cannot win here as I’ve deposited at least three times and it’s not just about not winning but when you can’t play for more than 3 minutes with your deposit because there is actually no wins no bonuses or anything else that would keep you playing. This site is really bad and it’s just like a few other sister sites but at least the others pay a little so you don’t just throw money away. Because when you play here that’s what it feels like.

They offer free spins for deposits over 30 dollars. After being a member for almost a year it all of a sudden wouldn’t work. I talked to 8 different online chat assistants which only one would resolve and agree that a 44 dollar deposit is greater then 30 to recieve the free spins which then was told it will be taken care of and after twoof waiting it never was. This is the third time I was told an issue would be resolved but yet they pretend as if there was never any inquire about it, even when I show them the past chat. Terrible customer service, they don’t honor the main page bonuses, and they refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing after wards or make any effort at all to correct it, regardless of how much proof you have to show for it. I would stay away from this casino.

They took $2000 away. I had a $5000 playthrough requirement to complete which I did in three hours at the end of completion. My withdraw balance was $2300. I proceeded to withdraw $2000. But the next morning my account was froze and 48 hours later I was accused of fraudulent use of referral bonus. Chat was unhelpfull and I am sad.

The casino has made recent changes that had negative effect on its customer base. They advertise crypto exclusive perks if a player commits to making deposits only using crypto. The perks they advertise are false. Some players receive them, some do not. When questioned about it they responded saying " Players eligible to receive the prize wheel vs reward points and free spins will be based on our company's discretion. I'm afraid details of our company's decision making process are not shared externally."
What kind of shady response is that? The terms should be clear and applied equally to all patrons. Support no longer seems interested in pleasing the customer. They are only defensive and vague.
