I have had to open a complaint against this group. Seems like a SCAM.

They verified my documents, approved everything, then locked the account and claimed I breached some random, non specific terms. Have attempted the theft of €2000.

Will keep everyone aware of complaint.

Casino didn't even communicate with the complaint.

Hopefully the rating here will reflect this.

As soon as the complaint is closed, the Safety Index will be affected based on the black point awarded to the casino. However, I had hoped for a different conclusion, of course.

In my opinion, we won't see a response.

Hello, I recall we have been discussing this situation on our regular weekly calls. This is not the only casino that relies on Sumsub and other tools and thus is not, at least in my opinion, capable of its own fair investigation. We always agreed that suspicions and clues provided by the third party were not enough to say that the player actually did something wrong. I think the outcome is not very thriving, but I appreciate you letting the team confront the casino rep through the complaint.
