I also did not receive my 100 euro winnings on my banc. It was a 10 euro free bonus without deposit needed, only wagger an amount of times I think 100 times So 1000 euro to play around and the bonus Should become after that withdrawable max 100 euro. I played my free 10 euro a lot more then 100x around so livechat told me yes you can withdraw now 100 euro but first have to send the Required documents. So I did, I received mail that withdraw was accepted and in 2 or 3 days would be on my banc but now already 8 days later and still nothing Received. Livechat I cant connect anymore or when they are available they know nothing of whole the case. You have to send mail they say to the casino for that kind of questions so I sended mail but in all of the days not once any answer by mail. And the mail I got to confirm my withdraw I cant find anymore in my mailbox and I know I certainly did not deleted it. But cant find the mail anywhere back now. What is that all about? What can I do?

On 15.09. I received a confirmation of the payment to my bank account but nothing has been received until today!
And casino guru Niklas is not of much help either! He doesn't answer, he doesn't answer my questions and doesn't even try to contact the casino!
The only thing that has happened since then that casinoguru added this borengo dirt shop as a new casino!
And it was only through our complaints that we became aware of this casino!
I'm really more than disappointed!
All I can suggest you for now is submitting a complaint against the casino. They're a new casino so it's hard to say if they do this on purpose or if they're just busy at this moment. We need to start with the investigation and then we'll see what we can do.

Unfortunately, I have only now found this rating of the casino now I am completely different again and also explains a lot. For me it's about 4000 €! No answer to my email, no verification of the verification, chat also seems very dubious to me and doesn't really answer!
