I am completely shocked at how low a casino can sink, this casino has now locked me out without any explanation. I suspect it is because I have won, a casino that clearly sends signals that only losers are welcome. I had also won something on their weekly tournament which I now cannot use. but the worst thing is that I have a withdrawal of 1000 euros which they have not processed! this industry stinks

They informed me that my access has been blocked, and that this decision was made by the administrators without any explanation. Most likely, it’s because I’ve made more withdrawals than they’re comfortable with. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
