I told them plenty of times i couldn't control my gambling and i needed a break. I've sent all these emails to your complaint team.
What's also wierd is Trustpilot closed Bohocasinos reviews because they got caught posting fake reviews, so i recommend anyone considering bohocasino to be careful and rather pick another casino.
I just told them plenty of times to perma ban / close my account for atleast 3 month because of my addiction that i can't control. Yea hope they will help me. They closed my account today but now it's to late, the damage is done which could've been avoided if they did their job.
If you've brought this to their attention several times, they might be able to help you recover some of your money. I'm not saying it's a sure thing, but I think that if a player explains several times through various channels that they have a gambling problem and the casino ignores them, that's not right. So I'm curious to see what happens next.

The casino! Not sure if it was casino guru that made it happend, license provider (sent complaint to them as well) or the casino that just wanted to do the right thing 🙂

My best shot would be the license provider, buts thats just a guess. 😀 One way or another, nice to hear this.
Hopefully you won't have to go through this process in the future. Responsible and safer gambling principles should be respected, but on some occasions it's not even smooth...
Well, one week latet and no refund and ignoring my emails.
Got a feeling i wont get it, was just a lie and hope to love on.
In 2024 slotmonster casino promised me refund, then they quit replying to me and its been two years! Probably same shit now

Well if they lie to people like this and give them hope, then there is something insanely wrong with you, but we will see.
Me too; hopefully soon enough the mediator will manually check those posts in the complaint thread, and I'm interested to see the casino's response.

I registered and deposited a total of €300, won the €300 back, and then requested a withdrawal. However, it said I had to wager it 10 times. I didn't receive a bonus.
When I raised this issue in the live chat, my withdrawal was cancelled and my account was permanently blocked AGAINST my will!! PLEASE help!

I think a 10x wagering requirement is quite high. I do not know right now whether this applies to your deposit or something else specifically, especially since you said you played without a bonus.
Also, when you asked the casino to clarify this, they blocked you, which is also not something I would consider normal.
