Hi, what seems to be the problem with this casino ? The money has not been credited to your player account or you have some other issue ? 

I deposited in crypto, but the games only run in demo mode, in real mode, the game simply does not run! I activated the 300 FS promotion and ended up losing because of the passing of time! so by site error lost my money and lost my free spins!

there is nothing to do on this site, just go away, after 7 days by email they sent me a response, asking to play in house games, and they only have DICE, that is, the 300 FS they offer is useless since the game is sweet bonanza or any other game does not work!

Well, that's unpleasant. Getting an email after 7 days will probably convince the player to go to another casino sooner. 

Also, in this case, it's probably best not to take the bonuses and always read the Terms and Conditions properly, or see which games are excluded.
