Hello, well, if the casino really is having technical issues, then you’ll just have to be patient until they resolve them. It might not be entirely pleasant, but it’s necessary. Are they having problems with withdrawals in general, or perhaps just with your payment method?

Hello, today the casino, in response to my inquiries about withdrawals and technical problems, claimed that there had never been any technical issues... Where did I get this information?! Thankfully, I took screenshots of all the chats, as the transcript function isn't working, which is strange... When I then gave the chat operator the name(s) of the chat agents who had told me about the technical problems, I only received a copy-and-pasted message in return.
Oh, I wouldn't like that if there are two different versions of what the casino is telling you. Then I'd think they're probably stalling on purpose.
So when you wrote to them again, what did they tell you this last time?
Well, now we only have to see if our complaint team will be able to get in touch with the casino when the right time comes.

Today in chat, I was given the runaround again! Suddenly, nobody knows anything about technical problems... They don't have a timeframe... they can do whatever they want with the customer... and there's a red warning on Trustpilot regarding fake reviews...
