Also not one reply to my emails in 2 weeks either so the only way to communicate is chat but like I said they keep closing it

I manage to get on chat earlier and they still had no information and I told them I’ve submitted a complaint with casino guru and then he closed chat on me lol

fileHi just to let u know biamo sent me an email 8 days ago saying my funds were on there way but I’m still waiting ! They said it can take upto 5 business days to recieve but usually much faster it’s 6 business days and still nothing !!!filefilefile

Well, hopefully the money will arrive soon, because as I can see, the casino doesn't reply to your complaint at all, and soon it will have to be closed as unresolved. That means their safety index will go even lower.

May I ask which email address you use to communicate with them?
