If it's not over yet, you still have some hope. Was there anything you agreed on, or has there been no progress?

Hi Jaro! No, they offered a very low resolution amount. The manager said what happened wasnt a big conern to the other managers.
Hi Jaro - wanted to let you know I had another video call with thier manager who made me a resolution offer, only to take it back hours later. Can you guys help at all?
Oh, that's a shame you still haven't reached an agreement. You could try filing a complaint, but I can't say for sure whether that will help you. At the very least, as I said, you can try and see what our team say.
Thanks Jaro, will do. The website offered me a very low resolution amount which I wont be accepting at the moment.
I see, as I said, I'm curious to hear what our team has to say about this. I saw that you had already filed a complaint with us once, but it was rejected. Was it related to this case, by any chance?
Hi Jaro, No I dont think it was related to this. I can gather screen shots and submit a new one today.
Jaro I was able to just file a complaint here, as well as another site. The website tried to offer me a very small resolution amount which I am rejecting.
All right, let's see what we can do and if we can work something out that's more positive for you.
If you have any updates, I'd appreciate it if you let me know.
Good luck.☘️
Hi jaro the casino made a small resolution offer but has apparently taken it back as they have not contacted me in over a week now. I'm not sure what to do but maybe contact law firms or state departments to see if they can assist.
I would first try to resolve the situation with us and see how it turns out. If it were not possible to help, then I would try to contact other authorities. However, it is important to consider how much money you should receive and whether it is possible to resolve the situation so that you do not end up paying more for lawyers and services than you should receive.
However, why did the casino back out of the agreement?
Yes thats true Jaro - a lot of firms here are pay only if you win.
For your question, IV had issues with all of thier sites now. This one didnt follow responsible gaming, and thier sister site had a broken payment processor. This site has stopped replying to me because of the issues with thier other site, Im thinking.
I don't really understand why the casino would do that.
So I'll just say that we need to wait and see what our team comes up with.
Hopefully, it will be all good.
Whatever your resolver asks for, be sure to provide it. May he have everything he needs.
We'll wait and hope for the best. 🙂
Thanks Jaro - under complaints is the information public and seen by anyone? Or private for the resolver?
When you write something in a complaint, it is public, but if you want it to be private for some relevant reason, you can ask the resolver to make it so.🙂
Hi Jaro - I called the California Department of Justice who gave me some referals to atleast report the site. I will follow up with those on Monday.
Great news.
I'd be happy if you let me know what you find out when that happens.
I believe everything will turn out well.🙂
Hi Jaro I wanted to add that I had a meeting with thier compliance manager ealier in the week who said I was "milking the situation" by asking for a refund after the violations. Then a second mananger said I am trying to take advantage of them. They are generally really rude and agressive and have sent me warnings about starting charge backs.
