This casino is a scam I won 900 euros and they're refusing to pay me delaying my payment with the same scripted answers that every other bad review has received.

Please keep me posted on this pal as I'm in the same position as you. Because I told them the effect it's having on me mentally what there doing they have closed my account and not responding to any messages. Disgusting treatment

Well well well! I've had an email to say that they've sent the money to me. They've asked me to take my negative reviews down and I said I will once I receive it in my bank and not a second sooner

I looked into them I thought their website was a bit sketchy and all that Verification KYC I'm not willing to join any casino that wants to look at my private banking information= NO WAY!! Let us no if they cough up your cash!!

They havent responded to any of my emails. Live chat just repeats same Information.

I didn't mention my reviews I may have I was raging with their chat but they where definitely aware of the reviews and asked I change them as it has a negative effect on them. If you do ever get paid I wouldn't use them again I'm hesitant to use their casino again.

Hello, I signed up at Betti Casino on Monday. I really liked the selection of games, but I only play Play'n Go anyway.

The verification took about 5 hours. I only had to submit a bank document once.

The support has always been able to help me and has always been available.

I currently have three 4-digit payments pending, which are actually supposed to be paid today.

I'll be happy to report back once this is done. Then I can only highlight the casino positively and recommend it.
