Oh, then you'll have to be patient if your gameplay is being checked by the game provider. They obviously have nothing to tell you if it hasn't happened yet and the process hasn't been completed. 

Anyway, did you play with any bonus? 

I played without bonus and win prize from live casino which customers cannot cheated them.

It looks like the provider is checking what is needed if you have won a larger amount, so it is normal that this happens. The fact that you didn't play with the bonus is probably just better to avoid potential problems, so we'll see how it all works out in the end and what update the casino comes up with.

In your opinion,Is it a reliable platform?

I guess I can't say much about it, because we have only one complaint from players which was solved and one user review which was rated 1*. It's a fresh casino, so unless we have more players who have played here and will share with us how they had it here, I'd rather not say whether the casino is reliable or not. 

The complaint was solved and someone was paid and even in the user review the player mentions that he got the money but after a long time.
