I used the services of Betroom24, made bets, put part of the money for withdrawal. After that, I could no longer get into my account and received an email notification that my account was blocked without explanation.

There were no attempts to figure it out on the part of the bookmaker, although everything in my power was taken on my part, but since they blocked me even in their chat and did not answer emails, I could not achieve any result.

I didn’t even use any bonuses, I used only my own money. Well, if we were talking about some exorbitant amounts, I still understand what could cause suspicion among the administration, but damn 300 euros is a penny.

In any case, if the bookmaker had acted fairly, then the attitude towards him would have been completely different because they could give me my deposit. AND SO STILL I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PUT THEIR MONEY HERE.

Your website states that Betroom24 are licensed by Curacao. But in fact, this is not so, the licensor answered me that at the moment Betroom24 does not have a Curacao license. This can also be checked on the official website of Curacao.

There must be something that made the casino thinks your account needs to be closed, sometimes due to the AML investigations, sometimes the player seems to be part of an organized group, or used a very similar unusual betting/depositing pattern as somebody else. In such cases, casinos are not exactly sharing, and it is quite understandable. Even though I don't know what is the issue in your case, I still feel that the complaint is a good idea.

I created complaints about Betroom 24 twice on your site. And both times the complaints were rejected, to be honest, I don’t remember for what reason.


But if possible, I can file a complaint again for your consideration. I can provide emails / screenshots about my verification in Betroom, as well as emails about the deposit of funds, the request for withdrawal of funds and the blocking of my account.
