Hi, my withdrawal was canceled and my money deleted. Apparently, I missed a deadline. I deposited €50 with a 110% sports bonus and, of course, played a bit with my real money first. Casino and sports betting brought my total to €500. Then I canceled the bonus, which still had €50 on it, and a day or two later I made a withdrawal of €700. Now I've received an email saying that €926 has been deleted from my account and the withdrawal has been canceled. Now I have no money. My previous deposit of €500 in the week is also gone. Now I have no money. Please help!

Would you say the casino has explained the fund avoidance to you clearly? I for example, cannot explain what led them to such action. What I can see, though, is that we try to warn players to stay away from this site because:

1) We consider the casino's T&Cs to be unfair

2) Very high value of withheld winnings in player complaints in relation to the casino's size

Hello im here to talk me again, about these casino, i just made a deposit of 100 euro and won increase my balance to 271 euro, when i asked them for wtihdrawal, confiscate winnings, and explain i violate T C when i talk to agent to explain what did i violate, they said they cant expain.. are they serious ?

Hello, are you saying that instead of withdrawing money, the casino decided to confiscate your winnings due to unspecified rules breach?

I imagine that must be quite a shock and it does indeed sound like they are serious about that.

Frankly this casino still seems to be a bit unfair based on our findings, but it's particularly difficult to say something more without knowing more about what you are facing.

I guess you are sure no specific rule point or context was mentioned upon the money confiscation, which leaves very little space for guessing.

I opened a complaint two days ago and am waiting to hear back from your team. I was told about a rule covering five or six points—when I asked what I had actually done, the list included things like fake documents, VPN use, and abusing bonus software. I wanted to attach their email here. When i asked them which thing did i commit they repeat same excuse.. no proof just a thief..
