To follow up: I have had a response from CasinoClub who BetNuvo list as an affiliate. They emailed BetNuvo for clarity of the situation, and BetNuvo blocked their managers completely from communication, so CasinoClub have blacklisted them. This is likely why I was also blocked - for becoming a liability to them by contacting their games providers and affiliates

They've just closed my account down and voided the balance. After weeks of no replies, only when they were eager to get my KYC details were they quick to reply. 15 rejected withdrawal attempts. no explanation. every method available. Legitimate winnings of over £2k voided. I am definitely now more cautious moving forward. Totally unacceptable
It actually could be due to some resolved complaint, for example, that the rating went a bit up.
Let's see how your complaint will go, and hopefully we will also see a positive result.
Thank you. I hope so too but I'm not holding out - the behavior of this company has been really awful and they have 0 interest in engagement in resolution.
Ultimately it's my own fault for signing up and not doing the research.
Sometimes we hope for the best even though it doesn't look positive, you know. 🤷♀️
Hi guys sadly fearing the worst here. Hit a few sports bets and got a balance up. Then hit a £4k win onside slots. Tried to withdraw and said my verification didn’t work as my address document was out of date. This was dated only 2 weeks ago. And I emailed it so I was able to double check. Obviously stalling but I still had hope. As you do started dabbling again- no games worked neither did sportsbook. Live chat told me- just maintence. But B gaming slots work!! Boy was I fooled wasn’t till I lost a few grand while waiting on my document being sorted ( was fine first time) I decided to go incognito mode logged out and check the website. Wow. Everything was working fine . They’ve obviously restricted my account in the hope I lose my money. For some reason limiting me to BGaming slots only (don’t know if they have more pull on these not paying out. Either way shocking look. Can anyone tell me they’ve been pad out and I might still see some of the money I have left ? Or am I doomed. Thanks
Hello, honestly, it is unclear why the casino restricted the account or if it is just maintenance. I intend to move your post to the casino's official thread to see whether some other players come up with the same. That's a start. May I know when this change occurred, please?
