Well I've had the worst experience in the world on this website. They were quick to respond to emails regarding KYC, then when I tried to withdraw (rejected over 15 times) total silence, despite being KYC verified. I tried - card, IBAN, btc, all rejected without explanation, over weeks and weeks. This is the most blatant abuse of power and fraudulent website I've ever seen, who are completely unlicensed. They owe me over £2k in winnings I'll never get back now, as they have closed my account for calling them scumbags via email (after 10-15 polite emails asking for the reason for rejection which was completely ignored). They do this on purpose - They ignore you regarding withdrawals in the hope it will make you mad enough to say something they deem as 'abusive'. Funnily enough it took them 1 day to reply to this email telling me my account my closed and theyre voiding my balance, in their words, "to make it a safe and fun environment for everyone". These bastards deserve to rot in hell and shouldn't be allowed to operate, how they're getting away with it leaves me in total disbelief. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - not only to keep your money secure but for your own sanity.

The want all verification documents in English. So only Ireland, United Kingdom, Malta in Europe have the chance to be verified. Even my ID card is rejected because it is in german language, which is logical if I am from Germany. So no chance of payout. Cost me over 5000 euros.

I joined betnuvo recently. I verified my account, played the bonus wagering not realising that I had played a restricted game. Finding this out after trying to withdraw funds of £300 around 11 times and everytime it getting rejected. They finally emailed me back to say it was because I played restricted games so they took my balance back to £167.10 as this was the amount I had before playing the restricted game. They then told me I had to wager the bonus and deposit, which I have now done. Played on a game that wasn't listed as restricted for bonus wagering. I have since tried withdrawing £470 which now keeps getting rejected. Something is off about this site. There's online chat who just tell you to email the support. When you email you are waiting days for a reply. Now the live chat are saying I should've recieved a email saying I have wagered it. Which I haven't but on my account it said I had.
