Full Story:

1. Background (Nov 2024 - June 2025):

*"I’ve played at Betmode Casino since November 2024 User TimoTim. At the time, there were no tournaments or promotions. Starting February 2025, they launched daily/weekly races (spin counts + total wagering). I consistently ranked high and received prizes without issues."*

2. First Red Flags (June 2025):

"Unpaid prizes from Bitcointalk forum competitions (links attached). I stopped playing for 1 month due to this."

3. Renewed Activity & False Promises (July 24, 2025 - Present):

*"Resumed playing/racing on July 24. Race rules were ambiguous.*

Private Chat with @Official_Betmode:

They repeatedly assured me of my future VIP status "once the VIP program launches".

Confirmed my race entries complied with rules.

Encouraged me to continue racing.

4. Account Blocked After Demanding Prizes (August 6, 2025):

Asked in public Telegram chat (BETMODE_TGdiscussion): "When will race prizes be paid? It’s been 5 days since the races ended."

Immediate retaliation:

⚠️ Blocked from public Telegram chat.

⚠️ Blocked in private chat with @Official_Betmode.

⚠️ Account locked (cannot log in).

5. Losses Incurred:

$897,000 USD total wagered since Nov 2024.

VIP progress reset + promised airdrop revoked.

Evidence Attached:

Screenshots of private chat with @Official_Betmode (VIP promises).

Proof of unpaid race prizes (June 2025 + August 2025).

Transaction history showing $897K wagered.

Key Accusations:

✅ Selective blocking of winners who demand payments.

✅ False promises (VIP, airdrops) to incentivize wagering.

✅ Intentional vagueness in race rules + retroactive enforcement.

Demand: Immediate account restoration + payment of owed prizes + compensation for breach of trust.

I can see that you posted this in your complaint here.

Could you tell us, though, with your own words, what exactly happened there, please?

As I understood, they blocked your account and never paid your winnings. Is that so?

What reason did they give for doing this?

The casino account was blocked after I reminded them that it had been 5 days since the race was completed, and the prizes had not been paid. After that, they partially paid for the prize for 1 race, and did not pay for the second one due to controversial rules.I made a withdrawal, and my account was immediately blocked.

My primary concern involves arbitrary account closure despite accumulated wager history ($897000), which directly impacts:

✨ Upcoming airdrops tied to lifetime wagering

🥇 VIP status progression with pending milestone rewards

You said "race." Could you tell us what race you mean, though?

Because if it is related to sports betting, our complaint team won't be able to investigate it, as we don't have a branch dealing with sports, you know.

What exactly were you accused of, though?

A race based on the amount of bets, for example, a casino tournament, is not a sport.

I don't know why they blocked me, they didn't explain. It's all very strange.

Subject: Formal Demand: Evidence for Alleged "Zero-Betting & Bonus Abuse" - Account TimoTim

Dear Casino Support,

To prevent further confusion, let's establish one clear boundary:

My sole question is: On what specific grounds was my account blocked?

Provide verifiable proof for each allegation:

"Zero-betting" Claims

List ALL bet IDs deemed "zero-betting"

Timestamps

Relevant rule violated (§__ of T&C)

"Bonus Abuse" Evidence

Identify EXACT campaigns abused

Show my bonus eligibility vs. violation

Provide calculation proving "abuse"

"Patterns" Documentation

Submit activity logs showing "patterns"

Contrast with normal player behavior

Deadline: 72 hours to supply:

Bet transaction IDs

Bonus terms breached

Violation timestamps

Failure to provide verifiable evidence within 72 business hours will trigger:

FORMAL COMPLAINT to Anjouan Gaming Authority

I see, so it appears that based on the patterns found, the casino sees you as sort of abonus abuser, I guess.

In my opinion, it would be best to submit another complaint; only then would we have a chance to gain more insights into why the casino sees your activity as they do. More importantly, once submitted, the casino should cooperate and provide their point of view, unless they want the complaint to be closed with a negative impact.

I think it is worth a try, as long as it is still a free feature.

Hello.

I contacted Casino Guru because I wanted his help.

I deposited $1800 into this casino and was playing normally. My balance then grew to about $7000, and when I tried to withdraw it, it was rejected. I asked why, and they said it was multiple accounts from the same IP address. This was my first time creating an account at this casino.

No matter how many times I asked, I got the same answer and couldn't find a solution, so I decided to ask for your help. Thank you in advance.

Hello, thank you for submitting your complaint with us. It was the best you could do. I understand that casinos might view multiple-account situations differently than us, so it never hurts to have it checked. The IP match is not enough, so let's see what the casino can add to it.

Don't worry, it will be thoroughly checked.
