I’ve had the unfortunate experience of this casino aswell. Signed up a couple of days ago. I deposited £500 then see they attached a bonus automatically. So jumped on live chat to have this removed. But was a bot and basically couldn’t do it. Further digging managed to remove bonus as I know these casinos love to hit you with t&cs with bonuses. Hit a big win of 4k, went to withdraw but as others mentioned it’s max £500 which is ridiculous.

This has been approved but not received yet but am pretty certain will come through. But now after reading this thread looks like I’ve got a battle coming. I won’t be touching the remaining 3.5k and will do everything I can to get this. But not looking promising, will update you all as and when and putting a complaint in here if the time comes.

Yes, from your side I think you’ve handled this very well. Whenever the casino asked you for something, you provided it quite quickly and cooperated with the whole process.

If the casino continues to drag things out despite that, I believe our complaint team will take this into account and keep working on the case. Hopefully, they’ll also be able to move things forward with the casino, because I don’t think the situation you’re currently in is particularly normal.

So at this point, I’d mainly focus on the complaint and let the process continue there.

There have actually been some successful withdrawals reported in this thread. A few players have said that their first withdrawal was paid, including a £500 payment, although some of them then ran into much more complicated verification and withdrawal issues afterwards.

So I wouldn't assume yet that you're definitely heading for the same outcome.

Your first £500 withdrawal has already been approved, and since you only signed up a couple of days ago, I would give the payment some time to arrive. Bank transfers can also take a few working days after the casino marks them as successful or approved.

The main thing I would strongly agree with is leaving the remaining £3,500 untouched. I wouldn't cancel the pending withdrawal or continue playing with the balance while you're trying to get the money out.
