How can Danish gambling authorities approve BETINIA?

what seems to be the issue? I would ask the casino instead though.

I think you should slow down a bit. I know you are upset and angry, but we are not responsible for this issue.

You submitted the complaint already and all players are welcome to browse it right here.

Even complaints have their own rules, as you already know, we allow casinos 14 full days, allow me to quote from the complaint:

We are not the casino, we help whether it is needed, but patience is the best choice now.

Posts have given the undersigned several answers via messenger.

You close accounts without justification in the event of large gains, illegally.

If a player reaches this far, you pay out only DKK 500.00 per day, illegally.

If I understand it correctly, your last 2 posts are directed to the casino so I have no answer for that. I looked at your complaint. You requested a withdrawal, you've been waiting for a few days and the casino didn't react to your e-mails, correct?

I think the biggest issue here is the simple fact that the casino doesn't talk to you. They should inform you about the current withdrawal state. Anyway, I'm aware of casinos that are fair, they pay the players, but they're quite slow when it comes to withdrawals (usually around 14 days). I feel like this might be your case even though I don't have any personal experience with Betinia).

I also have one question for you: Have you already verified your account in the casino (sent ID, proof of address etc.?) This might be the reason why you still haven't received your winnings.

There are, like other players, in relation to BETINIA's inept and outright untruths when responding to UNDU, no further comments from here, pending Danish gambling authorities and your revocation of license.

An unusual indifferent casino, which is completely outside common legal understanding!!

To win a reasonable amount, to be excited and subsequently cooled down to zero, it has huge consequences for the individual, AND you are totally indifferent, what does it mean when your turnover is at the Top due to zero payout!!.

We are not the licensing authority either. From my point of view, there is nothing I can add.

All seems wrong, though I have never seen concrete information about when your account was verified, withdrawal submitted, and so on. Such information is crucial for the complaint.
