This company is so annoying. Sometimes you get paid out within 15 minutes automatically and others you wait days. I think they are annoyed that I won £1000 after getting £16 from free spins from deposits. I withdrew very early yesterday and their payments team refused to check my withdrawals for the entire day. I have checked with them before and there is no cap on winnings from bonuses. Their payments team don’t work on weekends so apparently I need to wait until Monday. They could easily just process the payment but they just want to annoy me.
