So I decided to give this new casino a try and now my withdrawal is delayed. They said that the processing time for my withdrawal (cryptocurrency) is only 24 hours. That time has passed (by just over 11 hours) and now they've said that they are having technical problems "on the ISP side" I'd like to ask, has anyone has ever heard of such technical problems with a casino preventing a withdrawal? This seems strange to me but I'm not an expert. In any case I hope that the issue will be resolved soon and I will update the casino.guru community when the withdrawal is eventually processed or if I run into more problems. Fingers crossed that this is resolved today!

I'm sorry to hear your withdrawal has been delayed! Well, I have heard of many technical issues preventing players or casino s from finishing withdrawals. The way I see it, it is pointless to even try to compare your situation with someone else's because I can't tell what this ISP stands for,... Could be an Internet Service Provider, as far as I can guess, yet it does not feel like a very close guess. Well, I would give this situation a few days.

With luck, whatever technical problems may just pass, usually it takes a certain amount of time. My fingers are crossed too! 🤞🤞

The issue was satisfactory resolved! They explained to me that the problem was with the payment provider so they asked me to make a minimum deposit using another payment method and then withdraw without having to play through the new minimum deposit. I went through the process, and then I went to the live chat to inform them and then after that they processed the withdrawal within minutes and they also credited my account with a no deposit bonus to apologize for the inconvenience. All in all they handled this issue very well and I am very pleased.

It's great to see that the casino respects its customer and they helped you to resolve the situation and even gave you a little something extra. I think that if every casino behaved like that, the players would have more trust.

If your entire user review was concerned only with sports betting then it would be rejected. You don't play slots or anything like that ? 🙂

Hi. I don't play any slots unfortunately. What I could do is write an honest review just about the withdrawal process without mentioning the betting experience at all. Let me know if that would be fine.
