Look, I'll definitely stop playing on Betflag. The holiday thing is a lame excuse, given that, as I said, it was an instant transfer, and at the indicated times, my IBAN had already been used with a credit that, coincidentally, arrived immediately. I feel like I'm being taken for a ride, and above all, there's no explanation or apology from them.

I think we would just be going around in circles if I wrote another response to what you said. An apology is nice and perhaps desirable in some situations, but believe me, almost no casino would do that after a three-hour wait, in my opinion. 

I also believe that even an apology would not change the waiting time, so as has already been said, it is your experience, I do not take it away from you, you see it as negative, I understand, and I will leave it at that.
