Come on, don't give up that easily. When a casino tries to hold money from me I bother them as much as possible 😆 no matter what the amount is, don't give casinos easy money. For reference, there was one casino that took more than 3 months to pay me, just so you know it can take a really long time for something to be solved.
I see this casino falsely accused a player of creating multiple accounts and they voided his balance, they have history of making false accusations to void balances. If you were not playing with bonus funds they don't really have an excuse to hold your funds, also it's mentioned on the guru review that they forbid certain betting patterns, too many signs, sketchy to say the least, but don't give up, fight them as much as possible, they would be happy if you gave up that easily on your funds

To your question, I checked your post in the complaint thread, and I am sure you forgot to mention any date. Even I have no clue when it all started. The team simply had no chance to set the usual timer.
If you are still interested, update the complaint properly, please.

From then on there was no more support or anything else...
