I won 50000 Dogecoin (about $3700) and I’m having a hard time getting it cashed out quickly like all other crypto casinos, which are usually cashed out within a few hours. It’s been 3 days today for a crypto payout. I sent my documents in within 10 minutes of winning and ALSO last year so I feel like they’re stalling because it’s a bigger amount. He told me to message back in 13 hours?! Which is when the finance department will be gone for the whole weekend and they don’t process (like 99.9% of crypto casinos) 24/7
Because of all this I’m downgrading my review to lower than it would have been if they were t playing games with my winnings. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I need them! Had they paid me out, it would have been 100% green 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Betchain has done a lot of effort into its interface, similar to Trustdice, but the website is slow. This is a legit Casino, withdrawal are speed fast! However, there are fewer games you can play on it. There are a few shortcomings, but the customer service kept repeating the same nonsense. Hope it can be improved.

Hello. I have been playing at an online casino for some time and recently faced a very unpleasant situation. I won 6.89 LTC and was very happy about it, of course. I haven't won money at the casino that often. However, it turned out that winning money was not the most difficult. I was never able to withdraw my winnings.

At first, I tried to withdraw money without documents and they refused me. Okay, I uploaded my passport and address confirmation, and put money on withdrawal, but my account was blocked. Now it's in the process of verification. They asked me to take a selfie with my passport and I did it. They demanded 48 hours for verification, but I did not receive an answer as a result.

I do not know if this is a normal situation. Maybe they just need more time, but it's been a long time and I'm worried. I really hope that my problem will be solved.

I have a problem with the withdrawal of winnings in this casino. The fact is that on July 12 I won 4.22 LTC and from that moment the difficulties began. I sent my driver's license for verification, address confirmation and a selfie with my license. In my account, all my documents are approved and confirmed. I also received an email that the account was fully verified, but for some reason they refused to withdraw money to me. I don't understand what's the matter and really want to figure out this problem. I hope the casino representative will contact me and clarify the situation.

The only reason I give two stars is because I’ve cashed out a few times with bitcoin and had no issues really. The customer service chat is usually pretty quick to answer but not always quick to help. There bonuses are not good compared to others. Spending hundreds of dollars with them and just getting free spins for BGameing games only. Which is limited to just a few slots and those never pay out anything. I average 25 to 40 free spins and over the last two months I never win more than a dollar maybe two. It has started to feel rigged or cheeted lately. After I have cashed out there and for weeks I do nothing but lose and lose rather quickly . Just recently I was on a beltra game and spun 73 times and did not win a single cent. I don’t know if that’s normal or if it’s the gameing company or the casino. I have felt cheated there a handful of times but always chalked it up to as they say bad luck… I would like to show my bonus history and deposit to withdrawals history I think that would give a better picture on how the casino has declined over the last few months….
