If you still have a problem and you say that the proof of address is still the same as you entered when you registered and you have evidence of that and the casino still rejects the document, then I would file a complaint because we probably won't know more unless the team tries to investigate.

However, you did well not to play with the money and I would recommend to file a complaint as I have already written. Did you try to do what I wrote and see if it still can't be opened ? On June 29th, they cancelled a deposit in Betano and to date they have not refunded my money even though I have sent the necessary documents perfectly, in fact that day they cancelled 2 deposits, one of $100mxn and another of $500mxn.

The deposit I made to betano of $500mxn does not appear as a pending withdrawal anywhere on the part of betano but they assure me that they refunded it to my bank account.

Apart from the fact that every time I contact support they give me different versions of the problem that there was, without any solution to this issue, I just have to keep waiting for longer, that is, apart from the 2 months that I have been waiting for that solution, I still need to wait.

From what I can see, the casino is not closed for various other countries, but it is for Brazil. Maybe you are playing on another country's domain and therefore the casino should not be closed there. Is it possible that you shared the url? I saw for example that Portugal should be fine.
