THE BETS WERE PLACED AT 5:12 PM AND 5:16 PM RESPECTIVELY.

THE MARKET WAS THE WINNER OF THE MATCH THE ODD WERE AT 1.42 AND THE BET WAS A WINNER BUT THE BOOKING HOUSE REFUSES TO PAY THEY CANCELLED THE BET AND RETURNED THE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT SAYING THAT THE MATCH HAD ALREADY STARTED

I will suppose the market in which you placed the bets didn't allow live bets, but if you were able to place said bets it's not your fault, the bookmaker's own errors are not your responsibility, they should have closed the market in the mean time. Sadly, when a bookie voids a bet there is nothing to do, all you can do is withdraw your money, not place a single bet again in their site and close your account, I would advise using betting exchanges instead, you are always betting at horrid value in bookies

They asked me for 1 residence letter which I already sent them along with proof of current address identification, curp, RFC, and now they tell me that the residence letter is not valid, if it is granted by the state government and is photographed, with all the data. proving that it is an official document and helps me carry out any procedure.
