I am filing an official complaint against Betninja Casino for the predatory and deceptive mechanics of their user interface, which resulted in the unfair confiscation of my £300 winnings. The casino claims I breached Clause 14.3 by wagering more than £5 on the game "Chicken Road." I strongly dispute this.

After completing the wagering requirements, the casino’s own system officially transferred my entire balance into the "Withdrawable Balance" field. The "Locked Balance" and "Bonus Balance" columns displayed exactly £0.00, while the Withdrawable column showed £300.00. Per Clause 15.5, this technical shift confirms that the bonus was no longer pending on my front-end profile and had been fully converted into real cash.

Furthermore, during my attempts, the system interface explicitly stated that I had funds ready to be withdrawn immediately and that I was free to play with the rest. Acting in absolute good faith based on the system’s direct visual validation, I placed wagers on Chicken Road. The software processed my £8 bets without any automated warnings or restrictions. If these funds were still bound to a £5 slot limit under Clause 14.3, the software should never have marked them as "Withdrawable" real cash, nor should it have allowed the £8 bet to process.

Additionally, I have a substantial active sports bet of over £100 placed on the France football match tonight. These funds were placed using real money from my "Withdrawable Balance" and have zero connection to any casino bonus. The casino is now unfairly holding these funds in jeopardy as well.

It is highly predatory to display funds as completely unlocked for withdrawal, allow wagers to process, and then retroactively apply hidden bonus terms to steal a player's balance. I demand that Betninja Casino either restores my full £300 winnings or rolls back my session to the pre-wagering balance of £780 so that I can replay it fairly.

they left my with £20

Hi, I’d say submitting a complaint in this case was the right move. I think that as long as your balance was withdrawable and, most importantly, you’d already met the bonus requirements, these rules probably shouldn’t apply to regular gameplay. I understand that some casino bonuses usually end with a cashout, but even so, I don’t think this was the right decision on the casino’s part. If it had happened during the wagering period, I wouldn’t be surprised that they took the money, but this isn’t right.

I believe the team will be able to help us somehow and that everything will turn out well.
