According to my information, we are already reviewing the casino, and so far it doesn't look too good, so I would be cautious.

I can't say much more since the review isn't finished, but I would rather wait until we have more information.

A reasonable approach. 🙂

So, check back occasionally to see if the casino is already available on our site or not.

I wish you the best of luck wherever you play and have a nice day.🤝

Do not deposit, I was up 1400 met the wager requirements and money disappeared. Went to speak to live help and told an agent will contract me in working hours.

Hello, it may be helpful to mention that we conducted some basic research and the casino does not appear to be very safe. The full review will be published as soon as it is ready.

I've been doing some research on this site and it's a major red flag. If you look at the recent Trustpilot reviews, there is a clear pattern of fraud. All payments are being funneled through a company called Gamico Solutions Ltd.

Many players are reporting that their banks have already started flagging transactions to Gamico Solutions Ltd as 'fraudulent' or 'high-risk'. It appears this entity is just a front for Magico N.V. to bypass regulations and avoid paying out winners.

Once you win, they use their terms and conditions as an excuse to confiscate funds. It’s not just an unlucky experience; it’s a systematic operation. If you have sent money to Gamico Solutions Ltd, you should contact your bank immediately to report it.

I want to start a discussion about Betninja.com. If you look at their recent activity and the alarming reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, a very dangerous pattern is emerging.

It appears they are using Gamico Solutions Ltd, to funnel payments for Magico N.V. to bypass regulations. Many players are now reporting that their banks have flagged transactions to Gamico Solutions Ltd as 'fraudulent'.

Furthermore, be aware of the fake positive reviews that are suddenly appearing to counter the massive wave of 1-star complaints. This looks like a systematic exit scam where they block any player who wins or asks about their licensing. If you have funds with them, I highly recommend contacting your bank. Has anyone else experienced their account being disabled after a win?

Well, the safety index is pretty low here, so thank you for this information.

Have you experienced something similar at this casino as you describe?

Oh, that's strange. Don't you have any game history that you can see in your profile?

This should be enough

Well, I’d recommend filing a complaint with us if you’re saying the casino took your money without telling you and you never received it.

You can open one here.👈

On the other hand, I don’t think this will be enough for our team, but feel free to give it a try.

It’s definitely better than just waiting for nothing.

What do you say?

I am filing an official complaint against Betninja Casino for the predatory and deceptive mechanics of their user interface, which resulted in the unfair confiscation of my £300 winnings. The casino claims I breached Clause 14.3 by wagering more than £5 on the game "Chicken Road." I strongly dispute this.

After completing the wagering requirements, the casino’s own system officially transferred my entire balance into the "Withdrawable Balance" field. The "Locked Balance" and "Bonus Balance" columns displayed exactly £0.00, while the Withdrawable column showed £300.00. Per Clause 15.5, this technical shift confirms that the bonus was no longer pending on my front-end profile and had been fully converted into real cash.

Furthermore, during my attempts, the system interface explicitly stated that I had funds ready to be withdrawn immediately and that I was free to play with the rest. Acting in absolute good faith based on the system’s direct visual validation, I placed wagers on Chicken Road. The software processed my £8 bets without any automated warnings or restrictions. If these funds were still bound to a £5 slot limit under Clause 14.3, the software should never have marked them as "Withdrawable" real cash, nor should it have allowed the £8 bet to process.

Additionally, I have a substantial active sports bet of over £100 placed on the France football match tonight. These funds were placed using real money from my "Withdrawable Balance" and have zero connection to any casino bonus. The casino is now unfairly holding these funds in jeopardy as well.

It is highly predatory to display funds as completely unlocked for withdrawal, allow wagers to process, and then retroactively apply hidden bonus terms to steal a player's balance. I demand that Betninja Casino either restores my full £300 winnings or rolls back my session to the pre-wagering balance of £780 so that I can replay it fairly.

they left my with £20

I am filing an official complaint against Betninja Casino for the unfair confiscation of my £300 winnings. The casino claims that I breached the maximum wagering limit (£5) by purchasing a "Bonus Buy" feature for £20. I strongly dispute this decision based on the predatory design of the casino's user interface.

Before I made the £20 purchase on slots, my account balance had already been officially shifted by the casino's automated system from the "Locked Balance" and "Bonus Balance" fields to the "Withdrawable Balance" field. Both Locked and Bonus columns displayed exactly £0.00, while the Withdrawable column showed £300.00.

As a user acting in good faith, I took this as an official and definitive confirmation from the platform that all wagering requirements were 100% completed, the bonus was no longer pending, and the funds were clear, real cash. The system allowed me to place the £20 wager without any automated warning or restriction, which confirms that from a technical standpoint, the bonus restrictions were lifted on my front-end profile.

Furthermore, I have a substantial active sports bet of over £100 placed on the France vs. Senegal football match. This wager was placed entirely using funds from my "Withdrawable Balance," meaning it was a real-money cash wager independent of the active slot bonus. The casino is now unfairly holding these sports funds in jeopardy as well.

It is unacceptable and deceptive to display funds as completely unlocked and available for withdrawal, only to retroactively confiscate a player's balance by enforcing hidden terms after the fact. If the casino claims that my bonus was technically still "pending" on their back-end until a physical withdrawal is processed, then their user interface is intentionally misleading and fraudulent.

I demand that Betninja Casino either pays out my full £300 winnings that were shown as "Withdrawable," or rolls back my account status to the previous fair balance of £780 so that I can continue playing without the unintended wager. Leaving me with just a £20 deposit and confiscating the rest is complete theft.
