We are in a difficult position, our team usually do not adjust rating without an unresolved complaint. I empathize the situation was not handled pretty fairly, at least the way you describe it.

How about urgently submitting a complaint first, please? You know, we do not just change the rating based on forum posts. By submitting a complaint, you gave us a concern to investigate. How do you like the idea?

Could be an issue on the casino's servers, but to be sure we know what's happening, I informed my colleagues from the data team.

Unfortunately, it is not a temporary issue, as on another rating site the casino is already stated as out of operation.
I'm sorry to say it but yes - you're correct, it's closed officially.
I would normally suggest submitting the complaint, but I'm not 100% it will provide a solution. However, I'll leave such a decision to you.
