Unfortunately I played yesterday at this casino and won. I made a withdrawal (pending).

Then I realized that it is the same management as spinanga.

It is one of the worst companies that unfortunately casino guru has with a high rating and does not protect us.

I made a withdrawal at Spinanga after

20 days and of course with a complaint open. They never asked for verification so generally they don't ask. They just make excuses to cancel the withdrawal and lose your money.

I would suggest to anyone who falls into this trap to be patient until they get the withdrawal and not play here again.

They pay but very late!!!!

You just wrote that you made your withdrawal yesterday, right? So, how come you already know that they pay late, is my question?🤷‍♀️

Is your account already verified there, and what payment method have you used, please?

I know because I played at spinanga casino. It's exactly the same system. However, I will wait 3 business days as they said before I file a complaint. They don't do verification. I clarified this with their live chat.

So I decided to join Bassbet three days ago, I made a 150$ deposit and got 150$ sports bonus that I rolled over successfully following all the rules of terms & conditions. I made it to 1500$ then suddenly the administration blocked me from betting on sports, which I could understand. So I decided to push my luck further in live casino, I was able to make it up to 3000$.

This morning, I try to log in to my account, and to my surprise, my account has been closed by administration without any warning or explanation, I tried contacting them by email but still no answer from them, so I reached them thru live chat, they told me that the relevant department will be reaching out to me shortly.

I am very worried about what is going to happen to my balance, has anything similar happened to anyone? Can I expect to get my money withdrawn or is it a scam? Thank you for anyone taking the time to read and answer me.🙏🏻

I would suggest you file a complaint with casino guru about this particular casino. Generally they pay, they may be late but they pay. I speak from my own experiences with them.

But to understand, have they blocked your account? Or can't you log in to their site?

So they put my account under review without any warning or email, when I try to log in I get this message: « your account is under review, please check out our help center for more information »

I think the problem will be solved. File a complaint through casino guru (incredibly helpful). Be patient and you will get your money.

In general, however, keep in mind to avoid bonuses because you get confused and usually lose! Sometimes I don't go through them, it's easier to win without a bonus and make an immediate withdrawal.

Hello, I see you already got a pretty good recommendation from another player. If you have an account under review, obviously the casino is checking the gameplay. So you'll have to wait until it's over. Did they tell you how long it should take?

indeed you were right, they sent me an email to proceed to KYC. I sent them all my documents, I am now waiting for a response. I had entered an old address while registering so I just provided them with my new one with proof, hopefully it won’t complicate my case.

Hi, I've now had someone change my password so that I can no longer play at BassBet. Since the written blocking I requested on February 23, 2025, I've deposited over 3000 EUR there and even now my account is still open. I wrote to support and in the chat that I'm addicted and want my money back. I hope Guru can help me and that this casino is classified as dubious.

I was able to reset my password myself after having a family member change it and was still lured with bonuses even though I had myself blocked on February 23, 2025 due to gambling addiction. My account is still open and unfortunately playable, and I have now reached EUR 4,000 since the requested block. No one has responded and my complaint is still with the complaint here at Guru, but Kristina has not responded yet either.
