I just wanted to briefly point out that, in my opinion, the casino is acting unfairly in one respect. I'm otherwise very happy with bahigo and its sister casino, wettigo, but I really don't understand why they're acting this way here.

Currently, there's a 50% bonus offer every Friday, which is rather small. However, it comes with only an 8x wagering requirement, which sounds tempting.

It may well happen more often that these 8x apply to the deposit + bonus amount, I wouldn't criticize that.

But how unfair is it that, at the most (on slots), you only get 30% of your stake counted toward turnover? There's no higher option, which I find really strange. Unfortunately, I fell for it last week. I deposited 150 euros and was surprised to find I only had 20% of the turnover.

This is also the only bonus on either of their sites where slots don't count 100%. And probably the only casino on the internet 🙁

Unfortunately, there was no response from support to a polite email.



As I look at it, I'd be pretty sad, too. I thought that something would be going on more when the slots are only 30% but I see that nothing is going into wagering more. I guess it's just that the bonus looks pretty good at first, but then as the player reads the other information, it can change.
